AR Modular RF’s Newest Power Amplifier Module For Wireless Broadband Covers 2.5 – 2.7 GHz Range With a Gain of 45dB Minimum

Bothell, WA - 3/30/07 - AR Modular RF has again expanded its offerings for the wireless broadband network with the new model CMS2010, a solid-state, latest generation LDMOS power amplifier module to meet WiMAX (802.16) specifications.

The 50-watt, 47dBm linear power amplifier module spans the 2.5 - 2.7 GHz frequency range. It has a gain of 45dB minimum and can be modified to meet various OFDM and NPR requirements. The amplifier is protected from thermal overload, over power, over voltage and wrong voltage polarity and contains an internal isolator.

Model CMS2010 is part of AR's extensive new family of power amplifier modules for wireless applications such as CDMA, HDTV, WiMAX, and more.
